Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best service for all our customers. If you have any issues with your order, product, or package, please contact us immediately so we can work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. 

Our refund policy covers the following cases: 

  1. Damaged Products: If the product you receive is damaged, please send us photos or videos of the damage.
  2. Incorrect or Missing Products: We have strict quality control standards, but if you receive an incorrect product, or one that is missing a component, please let us know. 
  3. Delayed Orders: If your order is delayed for more than 30 days in normal circumstances, 40 days in busy seasons (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.), or due to unforeseen circumstances (such as epidemics).
  4. Cancel Orders: If you cancel your order before the product is shipped, we will offer you a full refund. However, we will not offer a refund if your order includes a POD product or branding project.
  5. Missing Packages: If your package is missing during delivery, we will offer you a full refund.
